What many people are not aware of is that there is an entirely different method of playing the piano that is used by all professional piano players who play “pop” styles of music.

This method uses very little note reading (if any) and emphasizes the use of chords instead. It is based primarily on hearing and imitating rather than reading notes and is amazingly simple to learn, compared to the traditional note reading method.

My name is Craig Coffman. I am a private piano instructor, and professional piano player. For the last 15 years I have taught a very popular class called “Instant Piano for Hopelessly Busy People”.

The class is a one time 3 hour long class for adults and is taught through colleges and community education programs throughout Arizona, Texas, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and numerous other locations.
